With roughly four years in journalism, two years in editing, and one year in book publishing, Rachel is well accustomed to the nuances between various editorial environments. She received her B.A. in writing and rhetoric in May 2024 from Syracuse University, where she was a writing distinction student and produced a creative nonfiction thesis, focused on both her and her father's Filipino history, entitled "Guardian Angel." 

Rachel hails from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and currently resides in the New York City area. She is actively seeking positions in editing, copy editing, proofreading, or writing.
